Cancellation & Refund

At Greenwater Scientific, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase of the Greenwater Home air synthesizer and our subscription services. Below you will find the details regarding our cancellation and refund policy.

1. Cancellation Policy:

• Pre-Shipment: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any penalty. If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours but before it has been shipped, a cancellation fee of 10% of the order value will be applicable.

• Post-Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the delivery, in which case the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.​

2. Return Policy:

• You may return the Greenwater Home air synthesizer within 15 days of delivery if the product is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details.

• Returns that are damaged, show signs of wear, or do not have their original packaging may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

3. Refund Policy:

• Product Returns: Refunds for returned products will be processed once the item has been received and inspected by our team. The refund will include the full cost of the product minus any shipping and handling fees.

• Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that refunds are not provided for partially used subscription periods. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid period.

4. Exceptions:

• If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. In such cases, Greenwater Scientific will cover all shipping costs associated with the return of the defective item.
