Shipping & Delivery

​​1. Shipping Options:

  • Standard Delivery: All orders are delivered within 8-14 business days from the date of order placement. We currently deliver to addresses within India and the USA only.

2. Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination.

  • A detailed breakdown of the shipping charges will be provided at checkout. Please note, there is no free shipping option available.

3. Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include tracking information.

4. Delivery Terms:

  • Upon delivery, please inspect your package for any damage or tampering before signing the delivery receipt.

  • If there is a problem with your delivery, such as a damaged or incomplete package, please contact our customer service immediately to resolve the issue.

6. Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages:

  • In the case of a failed delivery, our carrier will attempt to redeliver or leave instructions for re-delivery.

  • Unclaimed or undeliverable orders that are returned to our facility will be contacted via email and offered a reshipment. Reshipment charges will apply for orders that need to be sent again.
